BBQ RIBS – “Da Best Ever Ribz!!!!”
8
racks of pork back ribs (1 rack/person = 1/2 Kg./person)
57g. “Poultry Magic” by Chef Paul Prudholme
or 68g. Chicken “Grilling Blends” by Mrs. Dash – NO SALT in it
2 – 425 ml. “Bold Original BBQ Sauce” by Bulls Eye or your Fave.
Rub
seasoning generously (1/2 bottle min.) both sides of ribs.
Place into roasting pan and marinate overnight in fridge.
Preheat oven to 300 ° F.
Bake ribs standing up, with lid on for 1 to 1-1/4hrs., @ 300 ° F.
Brush each side of ribs with BBQ Sauce and bake for 10 min. more.
Serve
with brown rice or mashed potatoes, broccoli and fresh bread.
Make
gravy with thinned BBQ sauce and liquid from pan.
Fruit
custard flan or ice cream is a nice desert to go with it.
Note:
- Do NOT marinate if
a more delicate flavour is desired.
