CHOCOLATE BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
Single Batch Double Batch
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups Rice Crispies
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 mixed nuts - broken

12 oz package of chocolate chips
2 tblsp parewax?

 

COATING:
Melted chocolate chips & parewax?.

OPTIONS:

DIRECTIONS:
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Roll into balls & place on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips & add 2 tblsp of parewax.
Coat balls in chocolate mixture & place on wax paper.
Refrigerate.
