CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

INGREDIENTS:
Single Batch
3 bars of organic PC 70% cocao dark chocolate
dark raisins
dried cranberries
almonds

DIRECTIONS:
Melt chocolate on low heat.
Add rest of ingredients.
Add enough of dry ingredients so that the melted chocolate mixtures is like a chunky soup.
Line glass dish with parchment paper.
Pour "goop" on paper & refrigerate.
Cool till hard. Break into pieces. Place in tin.
