GRANOLA
16 c. rolled oats - large flake
2 c. sunflower seeds
2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
4 c. bran
4 c. sultana raisins
2 c. red rye flakes
2 c natural almonds with skins - chopped into pieces
Mix ingredients & store in air tight containers.
For Breakfast:
To serve, put in bowl, add some water & put in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute
Chop 1/2 to 1 apple on top & enjoy.
*NOTE*
1 large scoop = 2 cups
