GREEN PEA SOUP for slow cooker
8 cups frozen green peas
10 cups water
aprox. 1 lb. veal or beef - cut into fingertip size cubes
2 parsnip roots - peeled & chopped
2 carrots - peeled & chopped
1 large onion - peeled & diced
3 tblsp dried chopped parsley flakes
4 tsp. salt / NoSalt
1/2 tsp back pepper
1 - 2 tblsp chicken stock
Put all ingredients into slow cooker on high
Cook for 3 to 4 hours
Serve with egg noodles, galuska, gnocci
