| INGREDIENTS: 14 dkg butter - unslated
2 egg yolks
7 dkg sugar
17 dkg flour, sifted
marmalade / jam for filling
DIRECTIONS:
On a wooden board, mix sugar & butter till crumbly (abröseln)
Add beaten egg yolks, add flour
Knead until satin smooth
Make little balls by rolling between hands
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet
Keep apart - they spread
Make indentations with thimble
Bake Time: 5 - 8 minutes, until golden brown
Oven: 350 ° F
Remove within one minute from baking sheet.
Be gentle so as to avoid crushing.
Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar & put dab of jam in the
centre
Makes about 40
