PHILLY CHEESE STEAK – from James B.

16 slices of Provolone cheese or Ementhal
2 baguettes (1/4 of each 32” baguette = 1 sub or 1/2 serving)
1lb. (1/2 Kg.) top sirloin or Eye of the Round cut into thin strips
1 onion chopped coarsely
1 green, yellow or red pepper sliced into long slivers
1 tblsp. Pepper medley for spicing (“Mrs. Dash” Beef steak)
4 mushrooms sliced
1/2 c. wine (red or white) or red wine vinegar
4 tblsp Soya sauce
1 tblsp flour
1 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce

In a cold Wok, mix wine, Soya sauce, pepper medley, Worcestershire sauce and flour.
Bring to a boil and immediately add meat, onions and veggies; cook, constantly stirring, till meat is tender.

Serve on top of cheese in baguettes (cut and opened like hot dog buns).
*NOTE* - You may add any stir-friable veggies of your choice.
